Practice Schedule

Each team registration includes a 1-hour practice session.  Please select a time and day that works best for your team and email your first and second choice requests to jill@highfivedragonboat.com.  Novice teams are highly encouraged to have a team practice prior to the event.  It is not mandatory, nor is it mandatory to have all of your rostered paddlers in attendance, but the more that can participate, the better your team may do on race day.
